Inspection trips
We understand that buying a property abroad requires a level of confidence in the product and the location. We are very confident that our properties are built to the highest standards and would encourage you to take advantage of our inspection trips on the following basis:
Being twelve years on the real-estate market, for us there is no doubt that the best way to take the right decision for the purchase of a property is to make a personal viewing and after a thorough comparison among the offers to proceed to action. That’s why, we at “CasaBG” Bulgarian Property Ltd offer our customers a four-day inspection trip in which you will have the chance to become personally acquainted with the advantages and disadvantages of pre-selected properties, to feel the spirit of the place, and to gain a clearer picture of the country and the real estate market.
We cover the cost of:
– Stay – 4 days (3 nights) 3*** hotel
– Transport during inspections
An indicative timetable of the trip:
Day 1
– Airport transfer and hotel accommodation.
– Meeting in the office or a comfortable place for final discussions.
Days 2 and 3
– Property viewings, selection, booking, preparation of documents for the company registration, if required for the purchase, meeting with a Notary.
Day 4
– Departure
If you reserve a property through us , we compensate: travel expenses for two people, three-day hotel accommodation with three stars for two and the costs during inspections. Us we If you reserve a property through us Over 55 000 euros , we will reimburse flight tickets for one per person on production of your flight invoice.
